SHIPPING POLICY

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

  • All orders are packaged and shipped within 24 hours once your payment has been processed.

  • All orders placed after 12pm Friday will not be shipped until the next business day

  • All orders have a flat rate shipping price;​

Express Shipping (500g parcel) $12.50

Standard Shipping (1kg parcel) $12.50

  • All Domestic orders over $200 AUD automatically qualify for free shipping

  • Tracking numbers are provided via email upon order fulfilment.

LOCAL POST OFFICE PICK UP

All orders must be placed before12:00pm Monday to Friday to qualify for same day local post office pick up.

Please provide your phone number when checking out. Once your order is ready for collection, we will contact you via text for time options.

COVID-19 

  • Due to COVID-19 Australia Post is experiencing delays, we have been advised;

  • All Express Post Delivery times: 2 - 5 working days.

  • All Standard Post Delivery times: 3 - 10 working days.

 

We apologise for any inconvenience and encourage you to purchase well ahead of time.

If the customer provides the incorrect shipping address, the order will be returned to Essential Beauty Supplies and the customer must pay the shipping fee for the order to be re-shipped. 

Essential Beauty Supplies is not held responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages in transit. Essential Beauty Supplies does not take any responsibility and/or liability of a purchase order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking. 

RETURN POLICY

Essential Beauty Supplies does not offer any refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

Our quality control is extremely strict on every item prior to being sold/shipped, although our process is strict customers who have received any product/s that have a manufacturing fault will receive a refund.

If you have received any faulty items or items not as ordered, please contact us at info@essentialbeautysupplies.com.au 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same original packaging and condition that you received it.

(Please include any evidence you can provide of the fault) 

Essential Beauty Supplies reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to provide you with a refund and/or reimburse you for your returns fees. You will not be reimbursed returns fees if our Customer Care team have not advised you via email, prior to returning the faulty item(s).
